Fried peanuts are the best source of antioxidants. They contain monounsaturated fats in excess, which is good for the health of the veins and arteries.

They are the storehouse of vitamin E, which fights with cancer and reduces the risks of several heart diseases.

The calcium and vitamin D present in peanuts is good for the dental health.
