The Almond Oil for Hair Loss and Wrinkles

It has several uses in home remedies and is beneficial in skin care too.

A light and gentle massage of almond oil on face especially the areas around the eyes imparts facial glow, keeps skin soft and supple and reduces the formation of wrinkles, puffy eyes and dark circles.

The massage of almond oil on scalp is beneficial in dandruff, hair loss and dry hair.

The intake of few drops of almond oil with warm milk helps in constipation.

Putting few drops of oil into nostrils before going to bed at night improves vision and eyesight. 

It improves and aids in hearing loss, when a drop of oil is put into the ear daily.

The body massage of almond oil strengthens the bones and muscles of the babies.

It also strengthens the brain and provides nutrition to the nerves. 

The recommended dose of almond oil is 1-3 grams and the excessive intake of bitter almond is harmful for intestines.
