Coffee Improves the Eyesight

Coffee is a popular drink in the world. It is good for overall health health. The daily intake of a cup of coffee improves the eyesight.

According to recent researches, the coffee helps in improvement weak eyesight caused due to ageing.

It also reduces the risks of damages to retina due to diabetes or cataract. These problems may cause permanent blindness. 

The raw coffee contains one percent caffeine and about eight to ten percent of calorogenic acid which acts as an antioxidant and reduces the damages to the retina. 

The other researches confirm that coffee reduces the dangers and problems caused by prostate cancer, diabetes, Alzheimer disease and other age related maladies.
