The people dislike the idea of eating the water soaked or wet almonds. But they should reconsider the decision as the intake of wet almonds is far better than dry ones. The nutrients get properly absorbed if the almonds are soaked overnight and the peels are taken off. It is due to the reason that the tannin present in the brown peels of the almonds inhibit the absorption of nutrients in the body. The wet almonds also help in digestion and have several other benefits.
